Gear up for Summer with Brunswick’s very own Nelson Burgos, as he shares with you recipes and culinary traditions of South America. In this class you will start with a refreshing peach and barley iced tea. He will then disclose the secrets of his famous empanadas, and then onto Mejillones Gratinadoas, mussels topped with a fine mix of breadcrumbs, herbs and paprika . And to finish, Anticuchos De Bife, Argentinan beef skewers served with Peruvian salads.
