A food &

fabric tour

Unfold the intricacies of Vietnamese cuisine and textiles with Tracey Lister, renowned Melbourne chef-owner of cooking school, Brunswick Kitchen, and the Vietnam-based, director-designer of the fashion brand, Future Traditions, Cynthia Mann.

Tracey has a deep appreciation of Vietnamese cuisine, and you will meet some of the chefs and home cooks who have shared their knowledge and expertise with her.

Cynthia’s love for the textiles of the ethnic minorities of northern Vietnam, inspired her to start Future Traditions, and she works directly with local communities to create new markets for at risk handicrafts, which you will experience first hand on the tour.
