Let Chef Tracey take you on an aromatic journey with this Persian influenced menu. Our Iranian or Persian feast will feature not only rice and braised meats (Khoresh), but fruits and, of course spices, such as cinnamon, cardamom and saffron.
In this class you will learn to prepare beef and cinnamon pastries, herbed rice, a rich braised dish of chicken with walnuts and pomegranate, squid fried with spices until crisp and to finish cardamom and saffron poached summer fruit with rosewater ice cream
