Join this very special workshop run by chef Almay Jordaan from Brunswick’s “Old Palm Liquor” restaurant.

For this class Almay draws on inspiration from South Africa, Namibia, Mozambique & Tanzania.

To whet your appetite you will be served Hibiscus & ginger tea, to whet the appetite.

You will enjoy a tart mango & herb salad with biltong floss . Peri Peri Chicken, Spinach with coconut & korerima.

And of course, she will share the “Old Palm Liquor” favourite: her flatbread with labneh and sumac.
