In this class you will learn how to prepare Mandarin pancakes with duck and mint salad, green mango salad served on bamboo spoon, spring rolls with crispy fish, dill, cucumber and a touch of wasabi, pumpkin, coriander and chilli fritters and marinated pork belly with pickled cabbage served in a steamed bun.
