Nelson shares recipes and stories of Mexican cuisine as you learn how to lift your taco game. In this class you start with street corn and quesadilla before moving onto making your own tortillas with Masa flour and filling with marinated grilled fish or chicken. And of course, no taco is complete without fresh salsas, pickles and salads.
