It’s time to enjoy autumnal produce, that soaked up all the summer sun during their long ripening time, like figs and pomegranates and Louisa will pair them with roasted pistachios to make a delicious salad.

In this class you will also learn how to make a chopped kale, radicchio and carrot salad, a leeks and harissa en papillote .

Also a personal favourite, chard and rice cake with smoky tomato chilli sauce
